The devil often tries to make us feel alone. He works behind the scenes of our lowest moments to isolate and discourage us. This has been a weapon he has used against me way too often. It stopped working several years ago when I heard a song by @jason_upton called Never Alone. The Holy Spirit ministered to me and helped me to break through isolation in pain and trauma to hope and joy with a companion and redeemer who is always with me!
When I went through more trouble, the devil tried the same tactics again at me, but they don’t work anymore. Praise the Lord! Don’t listen to the lies of shame and blame, isolation and that you’re all alone! Turn to the truth, the Lord will never leave you nor forsake you - He is with you until the end of time! Lean on Him! Rely on him. Don’t try to get through it on your own strength.
