Jesus came to make us whole, Shalom. That’s complete peace in our mind, heart and soul - with nothing missing and nothing broken. The thing that was the most broken was our relationship with God and that’s what had to be repaired before anything else could be. ““I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.” John 14:27
We will never find God’s peace from the world - so why do we keep looking? Instead, let’s bring it! “God blesses those who work for peace, for they will be called the children of God.” Matthew 5:9
