Seeking

The thing about seeking God’s will is that it’s not the same as getting what you want. So many times our prayers are us telling God what we want Him to do for us and we forget that even Jesus said “nevertheless, not my will but yours be done.” We forget the part of the Lord’s Prayer that says “Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.” Seeking God’s will requires humility and submission. #surrendertogod #seekfirstthekingdom #ihavedecidedtofollowjesus
