We must never forget that our faith is in God - not our own strengths, talents, abilities or intellect. And definitely not in other people. Heart break comes when we put our expectations and hopes in people instead of in God. People inevitably fail - God doesn’t.
Another translation for this verse is “For nothing will be impossible with God.” The worst situation and the most hopeless person can all be salvaged and redeemed by God. Anything and anyone can be saved. I’m a witness to what God can do! Never give up hope! Keep the Faith! Fight the good fight! When you grow weary, the Lord will fight with you and for you! He is with you!
“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.” James 1:2-4
