I know that God has a plan for you and that everything that happens is either purposeful or will be used for good! Why, because God has always done that, He promised that He would continue and I believe Him. Circumstances and trauma can seem so loud and overwhelming that we let them drown out our faith - don’t do that! Remember Joseph from the Bible? He was hated by his brothers, so they sold him into slavery and faked his death, which broke his father’s (Jacob/Israel) heart. As a slave he was thrown into an Egyptian prison for a crime he didn’t commit for 13 years! But God was always with him and he became the ruler of Egypt and saved his family from famine.
Joseph said, “you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good.” He decided to forgive and acted on it. Joseph didn’t complain or condemn - we could learn a lot from him…. First, that God IS good all the time, whether our circumstances are or not!
God IS faithful all the time, whether we are or not.
God sees the end from the beginning and the beginning from the end, we don’t!
