People are trying to encourage you when they say this - but it’s not in the Bible. God didn’t say this - but He did say He would lead us by His might right hand and that He would never leave nor forsake us.
He is with us always and the Holy Spirit is inside of us too, filling us with all we need to make good decisions and form healthy boundaries. We are never left on our own, even if we feel like it.
