I know this is hard to follow through on - especially when you need to do it the most. When things are particularly hard or hope can’t be found, that’s when you put all your faith and hope in God - where it should already be… my problem often is trusting in my own abilities and experience before I turn to God. I’ve had to learn to trust Him first, before I move forward. I’ve learned to pray first, and then keep praying and thanking Him for His faithfulness. That is enough to lead to true rejoicing, no matter the circumstances.
