Our culture, our schools, and even some churches tell us that we should listen to our feelings and do what they want. They say it will make you happy to do so.
The truth is quite different. We are to follow the Word of God and walk by faith NOT by our feelings. This requires us to get in tune with the Holy Spirit inside of us. He will lead us in the decisions and on the paths we face. Discerning His voice from our own feelings is challenging.
