Jesus commanded us to love one another the way He loves us. That requires us to figure out how to treat each other respectfully, to get over differences (even political ones), and reconcile with those we have any issues or anger with. The Bible even teaches us not to come before the altar with our offering until we’ve done this. It’s not optional.
“Blessed are the peace makers, for they will called children of God.” Matthew 5:9
If somebody has beef with you, or you are holding something against someone else - go to them and do your best to reconcile. Their response isn’t your responsibility but you are 100% responsible for your actions.
