Rest

When we work so hard that we are always tired and emotionally unavailable to those we say we love, and to God, we are not following His Will. Maybe we need to work really hard for a season - I see you parents if babies - but over and over in the Bible we are told to rest. Jesus modeled that to His disciples, too. It was so important to God that He made it a commandment!

““You have six days each week for your ordinary work, but on the seventh day you must stop working, even during the seasons of plowing and harvest.” Exodus‬ ‭34‬:‭21‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Do you rest???? Not resting makes us vulnerable to the enemy.
